Do I pay for each person on my team?
No. You pay per WhatsApp number, and your plan sets how many people answer on it: 4, 7 or 10.
What does each number cost?
Your Pulpo subscription has a fixed price per number. Meta bills messages separately. In Flows, the AI models and services you connect may have separate costs.
Is the AI agent on every plan?
No. The AI that writes your reply is. The AI agent that answers on its own is on Advanced and Premium.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Keep your number. You can continue using it in the WhatsApp Business app if it meets Meta’s requirements.
Can I get started from my phone?
The account, yes. The number is connected from a computer.
